Cognitive-behavioral therapists conducting treatment of insomnia

Anna Leszczyńska-Kurzawa – psychologist, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (PTTPB certificate No. 172). She graduated in Social Clinical Psychology from Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities.  She completed training in cognitive-behavioral therapy at the Center for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in Warsaw.  She is a member of Polish Association for Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and the Polish Psychological Association.  She gained clinical experience during two-year internship in the Sexology and Relation Pathology Clinic, during psychotherapeutic work in Environmental Self-help Centre and cooperation with the Centre for Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy in Warsaw.  In the Centre for Prophylaxis and Treatment of Insomnia – INZPIRO group, she conducts individual therapy for adults in cognitive-behavioral approach.  In her work, she also draws ideas from systemic approach and Gestalt.

Natalia Milczarek - psychologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist.  She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw, specializing in health psychology.  Currently, she is undergoing training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, organized by the Centre for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in collaboration with the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre.  She has gained experience in conducting individual and group psychotherapy during the internship at the Centre for Psychotherapy at the 2nd Clinic of Medical University in Warsaw.  She works in the area of widely understood psychological support, treatment of sleep disorders and crisis intervention.  She knows the issues of adoptive and foster families.  In the Centre for Prophylaxis and Treatment of Insomnia – INZPIRO group, she conducts individual therapy for adults and adolescents.

Katarzyna Pietroń - psychologist, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Medical Psychology and Psychiatry at Universitat Autonoma of Barcelona. She completed three year training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, organized by the Centre of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in collaboration with Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. She is a certified cognitive-behavioral therapist (No. 192) of Polish Society for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She has several years of experience gained at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, the Section of Treatment of Neurotic Disorders in the MSWiA Hospital and the Centre for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Warsaw.  She has worked among others with people suffering from depression, neurosis and anxiety.  In the Centre for Prophylaxis and Treatment of Insomnia – INZPIRO group, she conducts individual therapy for adults.  She also works in English and Spanish.

Paul Tacikowski - psychologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. He graduated in psychology at the University of Warsaw, specializing in health psychology and neuropsychology.  Currently, he has been working on his doctorate at the Institute of Experimental Biology, Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.  Currently, he is undergoing training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, organized by the Centre of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in collaboration with the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. In the Centre for Prophylaxis and Treatment of Insomnia – INZPIRO group, he conducts individual therapy for adults and adolescents. He also works in English.
